China Works offers a distinctive serviced office in Vauxhall, London, where Victorian grandeur meets contemporary workspace design. This Grade II-listed former Royal Doulton headquarters has been sensitively refurbished, retaining ornate terracotta facades, gargoyle dragons and sculpted pillars while opening into bright, airy offices with parquet floors, exposed brick and signature green tiling. Workspaces are supported by high-speed Wi-Fi, bike storage, lift access and 24/7 entry, making it ideal for businesses that need flexibility and reliability. Communal areas include Art Deco-style lounge seating, high tables and open-plan zones with accessible power points — perfect for client meetings, informal collaboration or a change of scenery. Fine & Bone, the on-site cafe, serves Extract Coffee from Bristol roasters alongside breakfast, lunch, rotating artisan specials, pastries and snacks. The cafe is proudly plastic-free and sources much of its fruit and veg from a local allotment. China Works also hosts wellbeing and social programmes, from yoga and wellness workshops to Paws in Work therapy dog visits, helping teams stay balanced and connected.
