Workspace adds Furnished offices near Farringdon

Workspace Group, the FTSE 250 company that owns and runs flexible workspace across London and the South East, has given its offices a new pair of labels. Its quarterly update on 15 October sets out two products: Unfurnished, its established offer, and Furnished, a new fully fitted and managed option. The business has been led since February 2026 by chief executive Charlie Green, who co-founded The Office Group (now Fora). Teams who want to move straight into a fully fitted, managed office near Farringdon should start with Furnished. Furnished offices arriving around Farringdon Workspace is fitting out 24 Furnished units across three buildings in what it calls its Clerkenwell cluster: Clerkenwell Workshops on Clerkenwell Close, Exmouth House on Pine Street and The Record Hall on Baldwins Gardens. The first five are due in November and the rest during December 2026. Workspace expects to deliver over 100 further Furnished units during 2027. It is also upgrading four more buildings (Salisbury House, Cargo Works, Edinburgh House and Centro Buildings), which it says will add over 120 Furnished units, with completion expected in the second half of 2027 and marketing due to start before the works finish. Unfurnished space is still available If you would rather fit out your own office, Workspace also lists Unfurnished units in all three buildings, with rent, business rates, utilities and connectivity in one monthly price: The Record Hall: 200 to 625 sq ft for 3 to 16 desks, from £2,618 a month. Exmouth House: 243 to 323 sq ft for 4 to 8 desks, from £3,312 a month. Clerkenwell Workshops: 372 to 1,829 sq ft for 6 to 46 desks, from £4,304 a month. The buildings Clerkenwell Workshops is a converted Victorian building with an on-site cafe, a central courtyard and garden, phone booths and a staffed reception. Farringdon is about 6 minutes on foot. Two meeting rooms for 8 or 10 people are listed from £70 an hour. The Record Hall , a former record depository in Hatton Garden, has an on-site cafe, a roof terrace, a staffed reception, and is listed as DDA compliant. Chancery Lane is about 3 minutes away and Farringdon about 5. Four meeting rooms for 8 to 12 people are listed from £68 an hour. Exmouth House is set around a large atrium with a roof terrace and an open kitchen area. Farringdon is about 9 minutes on foot, with Chancery Lane and Angel about 10.
