Wizu brings premium flexible workspace to Bradford city centre at One Godwin Street

Wizu Workspace has opened One Godwin Street in Bradford, offering private offices for 2 to 100 people, coworking from £75 a month and 200 parking spaces. We take a look at what's on offer for SMEs and hybrid teams.

Big news for Bradford's business crowd: the city centre has a brand-new place to work, and it comes with 200 parking spaces. Wizu Workspace opened the doors of One Godwin Street on 14 September 2026, and it's packing serviced offices, coworking and virtual offices under one very large roof. How large? Roughly 120,000 sq ft at BD1 2SU. The building used to be home to a financial services business, and Nice Leisure is the landlord. Wizu runs the flexible workspace and the building itself, so it's one operator for the whole thing. Space for two people or a hundred Whether you're a duo with a big idea or a team of 100 outgrowing the spare room, the centre is set up for you. At the time of writing, prices start at: Serviced office: from £195 a desk Coworking: from £75 a month Virtual office: from £45 a month Rent and utilities are rolled into one bill, which is a relief for anyone who has ever tried to split an electricity invoice. Expect 24/7 access, fast Wi-Fi, climate control, daily cleaning, stocked kitchens, printing, bike storage and a staffed reception. Members get free meeting room credits and access to networking events, so there are plenty of excuses to say hello to your neighbours. Parking, plus a wellbeing studio Yes, we led with the parking, and yes, it matters. In a city centre, 200 on-site spaces are a genuine perk for teams that still drive in, and for clients who'd rather not circle the block. When the working day needs a reset, there's an on-site wellbeing studio with classes you can book through the app. The building sits opposite the Alhambra Theatre, close to bus links and a short walk from Bradford Interchange. It's a pleasingly local story too: the founders, including CEO Tom Almas, were born and raised in Bradford, and want local businesses to have a premium flexible option without needing to leave town for it. Why it's worth a look Small and growing businesses in and around Bradford get a smart, newly fitted-out base. Hybrid teams get a city-centre spot for their office days. And if you're already using Wizu in Leeds, Harrogate, York or Sheffield, there's now a Bradford address to add to the collection. As ever, check availability, terms and what's included directly with the operator before you commit.
