Stratford-upon-Avon is getting a new flexible workspace centre. Regus is set to open at Arden Court on Arden Street (CV37 6NT) from mid-October 2026. The centre is aimed at the growing number of small businesses, start-ups and hybrid teams who want a professional base without a long lease. Regus is part of International Workplace Group (IWG). IWG says the opening is part of a wider push to meet rising demand for flexible working across the West Midlands. What the centre will offer Arden Court will have more than 150 workspaces. Regus expects the space to suit professional services, technology and digital businesses, and property and construction firms. A modern workplace in a historic market town Stratford-upon-Avon is best known as Shakespeare's birthplace and for its theatres and riverside. But it is also a working market town, with a strong base of local firms and a commuter population that has taken to hybrid working. Flexible space close to the station and the town centre means local people can work nearer home. It also gives visiting clients and colleagues an easy place to meet. The new centre adds to the choice already on offer across Warwickshire and the wider region. Existing Regus sites include Nicholls House in Leamington Spa and Edmund House in Birmingham's Colmore Business District . Part of IWG's continued expansion The site is being delivered under IWG's capital-light partnership model. Here the building owner invests in the IWG platform, and IWG provides the brand, the systems and access to its network. IWG says about 95% of its new locations now come through managed partnership agreements. The group signed a record 728 new locations worldwide in the first half of 2026. That takes its network to more than 6,000 signed locations in more than 120 countries.
